Steps To Take for Quick Support
When you click on the Quick Support Orange Download button, you will be presented with a download file to save, and install on your computer.
This file will install Team Viewer (a remote support app).
If you need help installing or downloading the Team Viewer app, call Support for help, where you will be talked through the quick process over the phone.
Click the Download Now button to start the Team Viewer download, and follow the steps. (The Download will Open in a new tab)
Step One - What to expect
After clicking the Orange Download button, you will see the screen as pictured. Your download will open in a new tab in your browser. Click on your newly opened tab, to proceed.
Step 2 Save the file to your desktop
Step 3 Locate the file on your desktop
Step 4 Double click on the file to install
Don’t forget to also click (ALLOW) changes to your computer when prompted by a pop up message from windows.
Step 5 Follow the prompts during installation
Please call Support if you need assistance installing the app.
